Refund and Cancellation policy

1 "Company" means Correct-X Relocations Packers and Movers
2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within a certain timeframe before the scheduled move may or may not incur a fee, depending on the company's policy. This timeframe could be anywhere from 24 hours to several days before the move date.

If the cancellation is made within a shorter notice period or on the day of the move, the customer might be subject to paying a cancellation fee, which could be a percentage of the total moving cost.

Some moving companies might have more flexible cancellation policies for valid reasons such as emergencies or sudden changes in plans.

3. Refund Policy:

If a customer cancels within the allowed timeframe and is entitled to a refund (typically if they've made a prepayment), the refund process will depend on the company's procedures.

Refunds might be issued via the original payment method or in some cases, as credit towards future services.

Any non-refundable deposits or fees should be clearly outlined in the terms and conditions provided to the customer before booking.

4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

Companies may have provisions for exceptions to their cancellation and refund policies in certain situations, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events that make it impossible or unsafe to proceed with the move.

Customers should review the terms and conditions of their agreement with the moving company to understand any potential exceptions or special circumstances.

5. Communication:

It's essential for both parties to communicate effectively regarding cancellations, refunds, and any changes to the original moving plan.

Customers should notify the moving company as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their move, and the moving company should be responsive and transparent in handling such requests.
